Problem with right job & right candidate: We often see companies keep searching candidates &...: We often see companies keep searching candidates & candidates keep searching new jobs. We also often see companies appoint new person & feel there search come to an end, same way candidate feel he got right job he was searching for..........but soon both company & candidate start feeling & got dissatisfied with each other again process restarted ............why this happen?

We often see companies keep searching candidates & candidates keep searching new jobs. We also often see companies appoint new person & feel their search is come to an end..& same with candidate he  find..new zeal  and start thinking he got the right job he was waiting for the years...but after some time both company and candidate start complaining......................why this happen & there are always some gaps remain in the the expectation of candidate & company.
